Having tied against Jordan in friendly match makes Thailand confident to host Saudi Arabia in WC 2014 qualifiers. Few days ago Saudi Arabia also tied against Indonesia in friendly match at Malaysia. Both sides must win to keep chance to be qualified in World Cup 2014 in Brazil.

Thailand currently sit on the 2nd position of Group D. While Saudi Arabia sit on the 3rd position. Thailand defeated to Australia in their opening match but they defeated Oman in 2nd match. While Saudi Arabia tied against Oman in the 1st match but they lost to Australia in 2nd match.
